Can I create a job posting without being a member?

For the Job Provider, the registration takes about 5 minutes.

What does it cost to be a member of Resource Central?

The Job Seeker will be assessed an annual maintenance fee of $9.99 USD. However, due to the global economic conditions, we will waive the first year's membership fee as long as the job seeker's account remains active throughout the initial 12 months. On the first day of the anniversary year the job seeker account was created, the annual membership fee will be charged. Your membership begins when your login credentials (username and password) are established.

The Job Provider will be assessed a connection fee of $1.50 USD for each connection. This connection fee is charged at the time the connection is established. Additionally, the provider account would be assessed $1.50 USD every 30 days thereafter until the connection is terminated. There is no annual maintenance fee for the provider account.

What does it cost to post a job?

The Job Provider will be charged a job posting fee of $30.00 USD. This posting fee is charged at the time the job is activated (posted). Additionally, the job provider account would be charged $30.00 USD every week thereafter until the job posting is cancelled or deactivated.

How will my account accumulate funds?

Each time a job provider establishes a member to member connection with the job seeker, the job seeker's account will receive $0.50 USD. Resource Central believes the Job Seeker provides a service for the Job Provider community and should be compensated accordingly.

Can a job provider connect with other job providers?

No. The job provider account type can only connect with a job seeker account type.

Can a job seeker connect with another job seeker?

No. The job seeker account type cannot establish connections.

Why isn't the job seeker's contact information displayed in the search results?

When the job provider establishes a member to member connection with the job seeker, the job seeker's contact information is made available to the job provider. Likewise, the job provider's contact information is made available to the job seeker.

If no connection exists between the job provider and job seeker, the system generated reference number for the account is displayed.

If the member to member connection is terminated by either party OR due to violation of the Terms of Engagement (TOE), the system generated reference number for the account is displayed.

The system generated reference number is created and assigned to a member account when the account is established.

Other job posting sites only shows the job seeker's contact information to the job provider. In those job sites, the job seeker has no insight to the job provider who accessed their contact information. Resource Central believes both parties should have access to each other's contact information when the connection is established.

Is there a limit on the number of member to member connections?

No, there is no limit on the number of connections a job provider could establish.

Is there an expiration date on the member to member connection?

No, the member to member connection has no expiration date.

Who can terminate the member to member connection?

Either the job provider or the job seeker can terminate the connection.

For the job provider, the member to member connection can be terminated from the Purchased List by checking the remove contact checkbox next to the job seeker's name and clicking the SUBMIT button.

For the job seeker, the member to member connection can be terminated from the Activity Report by checking the remove contact checkbox next to the job provider's name and clicking the SUBMIT button.

The member to member connection could get systematically terminated when either the Job Provider or the Job Seeker cancels their Resource Central membership. Connections are also systematically terminated if either party is in breach of the Terms of Engagement (TOE).
