No. A Job Seeker could search for job postings and a Job Provider could search for candidates without being a member. |

For the Job Seeker, the registration process will take on average 20 minutes depending on the amount of content
initially submitted. |

The Job Seeker will be assessed an annual maintenance fee of $9.99 USD. However, due to the global economic conditions, we will waive
the first year's membership fee as long as the job seeker's account remains active throughout the initial 12 months. On the first
day of the anniversary year the job seeker account was created, the annual membership fee will be charged. Your membership begins
when your login credentials (username and password) are established. |

The Job Provider will be charged a job posting fee of $30.00 USD. This posting fee is charged at the time the job is activated (posted). Additionally, the job provider account would be charged $30.00 USD every week thereafter until the job posting is cancelled or deactivated. |

Each time a job provider establishes a member to member connection with the job seeker, the job seeker's account will receive $0.50 USD. Resource Central believes the Job Seeker provides a service for the Job Provider community and should be compensated accordingly. |

When the job provider establishes a member to member connection with the job seeker, the job seeker's contact information is made
available to the job provider. Likewise, the job provider's contact information is made available to the job seeker. |
