TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

GENERAL CONDITIONS

ResourceCentral.net (Site) is operated by Octobre Investments, LLC, and acts as a venue for connecting job seekers with job providers (hiring managers and recruiters) collectively referred to hereafter as "Services". These services include storage and rendering of members' posted information (referred to hereafter as "Content"), tracking account activity, advertisements, and blogs all of which are subject to the Terms of Engagement ("TOE").

In the event a dispute occurs between job seeker and job provider, you hereby release Resource Central (and its directors, officers, agents and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

MEMBER REPRESENTATION AND CONVENENT

By using the Site and its Services you represent that:

(a) you are not a minor under applicable laws and you have the authority to form legal contracts;
(b) you have legal title to and ownership of the the content (including all intellectual property rights) that you post on your account pages; and
(c) the information you have provided us during the registration process and thereafter, including but not limited to all information relating to your skills, work experience, education and contact information, is to the best of your knowledge complete, truthful and accurate.

You also agree to:

(1) Deal with us and the other members of the Site in good faith
(2) Honor the terms of the transaction-related policies posted on the Site
(3) Refrain from any unruly, disruptive, unprofessional or offensive conduct while using the Site and its Services, or communicating with our personnel or with any member of the Site

You agree that you will not:

(1) Harass or interfere with the privacy of any member
(2) Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content about any member or Resource Central
(3) Utilize, copy, modify, distribute, or harvest content, including photographs, from the Site for use elsewhere without obtaining advance permission
(4) Engage in any disruptive technology-related practices such as spamming, hacking, improper harvesting and use of user information, or distributing viruses or any technology that may harm the Site and its Services or any member of the Site
(5) Violate any laws, third party terms and conditions, or any of our policies posted on the Site.

By using the Site and its Services, you agree to comply with the TOE. In addition, when using the Site or any of its Services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines. Should you object to any of the TOE, or any subsequent ammendments thereto or become dissatisfied with the Site and its Services, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Resource Central.

Resource Central has the right, but is not obligated, to strictly enforce the TOE through active investigation, litigation and prosecution. To provide its Services, the Site uses a combination of web hosting service provider and internally developed software. You agree that you are also bound by the restrictions imposed by Resource Central's third party hosted service provider, and that nothing in our TOE or Privacy Policy varies or reduces your obligations to comply with our third party's terms and conditions.

We may, at our sole discretion, with immediate effect and without notice, terminate this Agreement, restrict or terminate your access to the Site upon your breach of any of the above representations and covenants.

OUR AUTHORITY

We have the sole authority and discretion to operate and maintain the Site. Accordingly, we reserve the right to remove any account, picture, or posting from our Site at any time for any reason, without notice to any member. We are under no obligation to remove or change any item, picture, or posting from our Site at any member's request and any such requests shall be resolved at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for addressing any disputes between Job Seeker and Job Provider. In the event of a concern, complaint, claim or dispute, Job Seeker or Job Provider shall communicate directly with the other party in resolving such concern, complaint, claim or dispute. In the event we receive complaints from a third party provider, we will investigate the complaint at our sole discretion and direct the Job Seeker or Job Provider to respond to the other party directly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, to reject any membership application, and to discontinue existing service at any time. We also reserve the right to de-activate any account, or stop offering any of our services to any member, due to unprofessional conduct or practices, member complaints, and other issues which we consider, at our sole discretion, to be disruptive to the business and reputation of our Site.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

We have established a Privacy Policy (located towards the end of the agreement) to explain to the member community how their information is collected and used.

Your use of the Site and its Services signifies acknowledgement of and agreement to our Privacy Policy. You further acknowledge and agree that Resource Central may, in its sole discretion, preserve or disclose your information, such as but not limited to: email addresses, contact information, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user information as required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

1) comply with legal process

2) enforce the TOE

3) respond to claims that Content violates copyright, intellectual property rights, or the rights of members or our third-party providers

4) respond to claims that contact information of our members or our third-party service providers have been posted or transmitted without their consent

5) protect the rights, property, or reputation of Resource Central, its members, agents, employes or affiliates.

REGISTRATION and POSTING OBLIGATIONS

In consideration of your use of the Site and its Services, you agree to:

(1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you and your work experience as prompted by the Services registration form

(2) maintain and promptly update your registration data and/or work history data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, or Resource Central has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue and inaccurate, Resource Central has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site and its Services.

SECURITY

Prior to your use of the Site and its Services, your account will be created and activated upon the completion of the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (user name and password). Additionally, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect your login credentials have been compromised, immediately notify Resource Central of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You further agree not to hold Resource Central liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with Resource Central's Security policy.

CONTENT

You are entirely responsible for each individual item of Content that you post or make available via the Site or its Services. You understand that Resource Central does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the Site and its Services, and that by using the Site and its Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore, the Content available through the Site and its Services may contain links to external websites, which are completely independent of Resource Central. Resource Central makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, that you may not rely on any Content, and that under no circumstances will Resource Central be liable for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Site or its Services. You acknowledge that Resource Central does not always pre-screen or approve Content, but that Resource Central shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Site and its Services, for violating the letter or spirit of the TOE or for any other reason.

You further agree not to post, submit, or otherwise make available Content:

(1) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy;
(2) that is pornographic or depicts a human being engaged in actual sexual activity and/or conduct;
(3) that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
(4) that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Resource Central employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
(5) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;
(6) that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, fraudulent, or constitutes "bait and switch";
(7) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
(8) that constitutes or contains junk mail, spam, chain letters, multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial advertisement;
(9) that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if posted in areas of the Site that are not designated for such purposes;
(10) that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any item of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law;
(11) that intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable local, state, national or international law;
(12) that provide material support or resources (or that conceals or disguises the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
(13) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
(14) that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive amount of Content (flooding attack) to the Site, or that otherwise negatively affects members' ability to use the Site or its Services;
(15) that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Services;

Additionally, you agree not to:

(16) collect personal data about other members for commercial or unlawful purposes;
(17) use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Site or its Services - unless expressly permitted by Resource Central;
(18) post Content that would impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
(19) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Resource Central's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Site or its Services;
(20) use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of postings on the Site or its Services

CONTENT LICENSE

When you provide us with content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to exercise the copyright, publicity and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future.

CONTENT MONITORING

Resource Central reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to monitor and/or to review all Contents posted by its members. Resource Central is not responsible for any such materials posted by its members. Resource Central is also not responsible for any failure to monitor, review and/or remove Content. We may also impose limits on certain features of the Site and its Services, or restrict your access to part or all of the Site or its Services without notice or penalty if we believe you are in breach of the guidelines set forth in the TOE or in violation of applicable law without notice or liability.

COPYRIGHT

Unless specifically requested, we do not solicit nor do we wish to receive any confidential and/or proprietary information from you through the Site and its Services. Any submitted Content that you post to the Site or advertise on the ResourceCentral.net website include but not limted to: creative works, text, photographs, graphics, audio, visual and audiovisual content, demos, ideas, suggestions, concepts, methods, systems, designs, plans, techniques, and etcetera will be deemed not to be confidential or secret, and may be used by us in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting Content on this Site and its Services, you:
(i) represent and warrant that the Content submitted is not confidential or secret, and no confidential or fiduciary relationship is intended or created between you and us in any way,
(ii) represent and warrant that the Content submitted are original to you, that no other party has any rights thereto, and that any "moral rights" in the materials submitted have been waived, and
(iii) you grant us a royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully transferable, assignable and sublicensable right and license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, print, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional and/or commercial purpose. We cannot be responsible for maintaining any Content that you provide to us, nor are we responsible for any information included in any submitted Content (for example, without limitation, a blog post or any comments to blog(s) created or posted by users), and we may remove any such Content submitted at any time. You agree to the foregoing grant of rights, consents, agreements and assignments whether or not the Content you submitted are used by us.

The Site and its Services are protected to the maximum extent permitted by copyright laws and international treaties. Content displayed on or through the Site or its Services is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyrights laws, and international conventions. Any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of the Site, its Services, or the collective work, and/or copying or reproducing the Site or it Services or any portion thereof to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without the express written consent of Resource Central. You further agree not to reproduce, duplicate or copy Content from the Site or its Services without the express written consent of Resource Central, and agree to abide by any and all copyright notices displayed on the Site. You may not decompile or disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in the Site or its Services. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any aspect of the Site or its Services. Resource Central is a trademark and may not be used without permission.

Although Resource Central does not claim ownership of content that its member community post, by posting Content to any public area of the Site or its Services, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Resource Central an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, said Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses (through multiple tiers) of the foregoing. Furthermore, by posting Content to any public area of the Site and its Services, you automatically grant Resource Central all rights necessary to prohibit any subsequent aggregation, display, copying, duplication, reproduction, or exploitation of the Content on the Site or its Services by any party for any purpose.

If you believe that your submissions have been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify Resource Central at the address listed previously in the Notices section of this agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You will not hold us responsible for the actions or inactions of any member on the Site. You acknowledge that we are not involved in the actual connection between job seekers and job providers and do not guarantee the a connection would actually be consummated. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE AND SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the prior twelve (12) months. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF OUR SITE AND ITS SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. OUR SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO OUR SITE AND SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF OUR SITE AND SERVICES, THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN OUR SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY Resource Central OR A Resourc Central AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

CONNECTIONS FORMED BETWEEN MEMBERS

Connections between job seekers and job providers are created when a job provider obtains a job seeker's contact information. Once the connection is established, either party will have the option to terminate the connection via the Site and its Services. You understand connections formed between the job provider and job seeker shall automatically get terminated if one of the party's account is in breach of this agreement.

Job providers may establish connections with an unlimited number of job seekers. Job seekers earn $0.50 USD for each connection with a job provider.

If job seeker terminates connection with a job provider and the same job provider later re-establishes a connection, job seeker agrees to forfeit the $0.50 USD connection earnings for the next 90 days from the date the connection was initially terminated.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Some materials or information accessible in certain areas of the Site and its Services may be provided by other non-members (including, for example and without limitation, advertisements for third party products or services, message boards, chat rooms, or instant messaging through the Services). From time to time, there may be opportunities on or through the Services for you to purchase certain products and/or services directly from the third party provider who have advertised such products or services on the pages of the Site. Resource Central assumes no responsibility for, and you are solely responsible for confirming, the availability, appropriateness, accuracy, sufficiency, correctness, veracity, completeness, reliability and timeliness of any information, content, products, services, advertising or other materials. The inclusion of any content on the pages through the Site does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by Resource Central. You are solely responsible for any and all consequences of any such activities, transactions and relationships that you may conduct or form with other third party service providers. Any purchases that you make from such third parties who have advertised on or through the Site are made at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that Resource Central has no responsibility or liability for such purchases and/or transactions.

CHARGES AND FEES

By accessing the Site and its services, you agree to pay the fees as posted which are currently a Annual Maintenance Fee and Memember to Member Connection Fee. Fees assesed by third party providers are your sole responsibility and not part of the fees for using this Site or its Services.

Maintenance Fee: $9.99 USD per year
This annual membership fee is assessed to the Job Seeker on their anniversary date of membership.

Member to Member Connection Fee: $1.50 USD per connection (no refunds for terminated connections)
This member connection fee is assessed to the Job Provider at the time the member to member connection is established, AND on the anniversary month of each active connection.

Job Posting Fee: $30.00 USD per job posting per week (no prorates / refunds for partial week).

In the event your account does not have the funds, or your alternative funding source you provided in the registration process, has insufficient funds to cover the charges and fees, your account could be suspended and/or have limited access until you reconcile the balance due. You agree not to hold Resource Central liable or responsible for loss of earnings, or loss of access to the Site and its Services due to your account having insufficient funds.

In the event you decide to discontinue use of the Site and its Service and cancel membership with Resource Central, any funds remaing in your account (less fees due) will be distributed based on your preference selected in the membership cancellation process.

NOTICES

Unless specifically provided otherwise, all notices under this Agreement shall be served to the email address you provide to us during your registration process and shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. We may at our option give you notice via ordinary first class U.S. mail to the address provided during the registration process, in which case notice shall be deemed given three (3) days after the date of mailing. INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in our trade name, trademarks, logos, the Site, and any content developed by us, which shall remain our intellectual property.

LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE

You acknowledge that Resource Central may from time to time limit access to the Site or its Services for maintenance and/or upgrades to our software and systems. Notifications of the maintenance window will be posted on the Site or via the notification process described in the Notices section of this agreement. If, during this maintenance window, you sumbit or upload content to the Site or its Services, you agree not to hold Resource Central responsible or liable for any Content lost, deleted or removed. You also agree that Resource Central shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site or its Services.

DISTRIBUTION OF ACCOUNT EARNINGS

The Job Seeker account will earn $0.50 each time the Job Provider establishes a connection as described in the CONNECTIONS FORMED BETWEEN MEMBERS section. Upon your request of a distribution of all or partial amount of these funds, you may require permitting in your individual state, regional, and/or local authorities. Resource Central makes no representations or claims regarding any required permits, licenses or regulatory compliance by Job Seeker. The Job Seeker who owns the account where the distribution of funds occurred is responsible for investigating and complying with the regulations that apply to them. Resource Central makes no representations or claims regarding any taxes or other fees levied by a government entity on the Job Seeker. Job Seeker is responsible for complying with any tax requirement or other payment requirement of a government entity.

Upon the cancellation of your membership, or request for withdrawal of all funds, you agree that any applicable charges and fees due Resource Central will be settled prior to the distribution of funds. Balances due Resource Central will be first settled with your account balance then by your alternate source established during the registration proess.

If the balance of your account is less than the applicable charges and fees, your request for distribution of funds will be cancelled and a notice would be sent (as indicated in the NOTICES section) informing you of the reason your distribution request was cancelled.

INDEMNITY

By submitting or posting any Content and/or Submitted Materials you acknowledge and agree that, in the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for us to defend ourselves, in a court of law or otherwise, with respect to any such Content and/or Submitted Materials, we may rely on your representations and warranties contained herein. By using the Site and its Services you acknowledge and agree that, in the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for us to defend ourselves, in a court of law or otherwise, with respect to your engaging in any prohibited user conduct, as described herein, we may rely on your representations and warranties contained herein. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Resource Central and its directors, officers, employees, owners and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs of enforcing the TOE, arising in any way from your use of the Site and its Services, your submission or posting of any message, content, information, software or other materials on or through the Site or its Services, or your breach or violation of the law, of your representations and warranties, or of the TOE. Resource Central reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Resource Central's defense of such claim.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

This Agreement is terminable at any time at our sole discretion without notice. You agree that Resource Central shall not be liable to you for the termination of your access to the Services. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Site or its Services after said termination. All sections of this TOE shall survive such termination.

SEVERABILITY WAIVER

The failure of Resource Central to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOE shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOE is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOE remain in full force and effect.

SURVIVORSHIP

You agree that your Resource Central account is non-transferable and any rights to your Resource Central account, or contents within your account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted. Funds remaining in your account will be retained pending further instructions from the executor of your estate.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The TOE, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Resource Central and govern your use of the Site and its Services, superceding any prior agreements between you and Resource Central. The TOE and the relationship between you and Resource Central shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Resource Central agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Clark, Washington. The failure of Resource Central to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOE shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOE is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOE remain in full force and effect. The section titles in the TOE are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

ADDENDUMS AND AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to add or ammend the TOE or Privay Policy at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. We, at our sole discretion may provide a notification as described under the NOTICES section. Regardless if Resource Central provides such notification, you must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself informed of any changes.

Privacy Policy

Resource Central has established this privacy policy to explain to you how your information is protected, collected and used. This privacy policy may be updated by Resource Central from time to time. Resource Central will provide notice of materially significant changes to this privacy policy by posting notice on the Resource Central site. This privacy policy is incorporated in the TOE, and must be read in conjunction with the TOE. Nothing in this privacy policy varies the requirements of the TOE.

Although we make good faith efforts to store information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.

YOUR PRIVACY

Resource Central will not share your contact information with other members of this Site unless the connection is established as described under the CONNECTIONS FORMED BETWEEN MEMBERS section of this agreement. Resource Central will not share, sell, distribute or make public your contact information or submitted content. Resource Central only has the right to tranfer your contact information and submitted Content if we decide to enter into a sales agreement for the entire Site and its Services.

AGE LIMITATION

Resource Central does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 18. If Resource Central learns that an account was created by a person under the age of 18, Resource Central will terminate that account. All funds earned in the account will become the property of Resource Central.

DATA COLLECTED

We will collect your email address, for purposes of sending automated and confirmation emails, authenticating user account accesss, and providing notifications.

We will collect contact information such as your name, mailing address, phone number, and alternate email address for the purpose of exchanging information with members as described in the CONNECTIONS FORMED BETWEEN MEMBERS section of the TOE.

We will collect detail work experience, skills, education, and work samples for the purpose of promoting your talents to job providers.

Will will collect web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help us to diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Site and its Services, and to otherwise provide better services for our member community.

DATA RETENTION

All submissions are stored in our database, even after termination of account and may be archived elsewhere as defined in our business continuity statements.

Our web logs and other records are stored indefinitely or may be deleted at any time, at our sole discretion, after the local authority's data retention limits have been satisfied.

We may store limited amounts of data (cookies) on your computer (or a computer from which you access Resource Central for purposes of facilitating access to or use of the Site and its Services. You have no obligation to allow storage of this data, or to retain this data.
